  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
  • How do I know when my order has processed?
    Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order before shipment (not including weekends and holidays). You will receive an email to the email address provided at checkout.
  • After my order is place, can I make changes or cancel it?"
    Once your order is shipped changes cannot be made to your order. PLEASE NOTE: Changes made to orders during processing will cause delays. Please ensure your items are correct at checkout. Contact us immediately should you need to make changes to your order.
  • How do I know when my order has shipped?
    To prevent shipping delays and errors, confirm your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. An email confirmation of your order status will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Do I need to pay sales tax?
    BOHE is required to collect sales tax in accordance with each states’ respective sales tax laws. The appropriate charges will be added to your order total during checkout and displayed on your final order confirmation. If you have questions about your state’s sales tax, please contact your State Tax Agency.
  • Can I return my order?
    To protect the health & safety of our customers and staff, due to COVID19 we do not accept returns.
  • How do I return my order?
    We do not accept returns on hair extensions.
